You can use our Prediction section or consult with our experts. We recommend crystals based on your birth date, problems, or intentions like love, career, health, and protection.
Are your crystals authentic and energised?
Yes. All our crystals are 100% natural, lab-tested, and energised with positive intention in our workshop before shipping.
Do you provide certification with products?
Yes, every crystal comes with an authenticity certificate. We also provide lab test reports. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders within India are delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Major cities usually receive it in 4 to 6 days, while remote areas may take 7 to 10 days.
What are your shipping charges?
We charge a standard shipping fee of ₹49 on all orders across India to ensure safe and insured delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from the My Orders page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
Returns & Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
What is your return policy?
Return Policy: Return is only possible if the Product is damaged.
As our products are sacred, spiritually energised, and delicate, returns and replacements are accepted exclusively in case of transit damage or defect.
Unboxing video is strictly required for return approval.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at support@divinesgrace.com with photos and unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store any card or UPI details on our servers.
