As our healing crystals, sacred jewelry, and spiritual remedies are sacred, spiritually energised, and delicate, returns and replacements are only possible if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. We do not accept returns for personal preference or change of mind once an item has been delivered intact.

Return Eligibility & Conditions:
  • Damaged Products Only: Return is only possible if the product is received damaged or defective.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, opening, and the damaged item is strictly required for return approval.
  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, tags, lab certificates, and invoice intact.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Important: Unboxing video is required for return approval. Due to the sacred and personal nature of crystals, returns cannot be processed without video proof of transit damage.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@divinesgrace.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Clearly mention your Order Number and the reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you with the return process and provide a return shipping label if needed.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
